Syllabuses and their supporting resources are provided by the QSA to help schools develop Authority subjects. Syllabuses can also be purchased from us in print format.
Syllabus
The syllabus describes the aims, objectives, course organisation, learning experiences, assessment requirements and work program requirements for the subject.
Subject guide
The guide gives brief information about the syllabus, covering areas such as what students learn, how they are assessed and how parents can help.
Work programs
Work programs detail how individual schools intend to implement the syllabus. They are submitted by schools as part of the quality-assurance process for senior subjects.
