The Assessment Bank is an online collection of assessments and resources aligned to the current curriculum. From 2011, these assessment and resources will be developed to help educators in the implementation of the Australian Curriculum in all learning areas and year levels across Years F–10. The development of these assessment and resources will support the staged approach agreed to by the Queensland Studies Authority (QSA) and Queensland's school sectors. This support includes providing assessment advice and guidelines via quality-assured assessments.
Assessments are presented as packages, containing:
- Teacher guidelines
- Student booklet
- Guide to making judgments
- Indicative A response
- Assessment-related resources (as appropriate)
Schools may contribute to the development of sample responses by providing student work samples. To contribute, contact the Assessment Bank manager, assessbank.manager@qsa.qld.edu.au.
Assessments and resources may be used in their original form, or adapted to meet school-based assessment programs.
