QSA legislation
The QSA's functions and powers are set out in the Education (Queensland Studies Authority) Act 2002, the Education (Queensland Studies Authority) Regulation 2002 and the Education (Queensland Studies Authority) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2002. All of these are available from the website of the Office of the Queensland Parliamentary Counsel.
