  • SDCS: School enrolment data due
  • Indicate eligible QCIA students on SDCS
26–29 District training workshops (information distributed in a memo to schools)

4–27 District training workshops continue (information distributed in a memo to schools)
7 Final date for amendments to 2007 CPCSE

  • SDCS: School data submission 1 due, including Years 10, 11 & 12 VET data
  • Ensure the student details page flags all eligible QCIA students

  • Schools continue collection of evidence of student educational achievement
  • Begin preparing draft statement of achievement and collating other certificate information for exiting Year 12 students
30 Schools submit Curriculum plan and eligibility form for all QCIA students to the QSA

  • Schools prepare draft statement of achievement using QCIA Editor for August verification meetings

1 Final date for all VET registration applications for 2009

District meetings for the verification of certificate information. Schools need to bring all exiting students' draft certificate information and curriculum plans as well as evidence of the achievement for one exiting student for review by peers. Feedback is provided to schools.

18 SDCS: School data submission 2, Version 3 due

15 SDCS: School data submission 2, Version 4 due

  • Schools ensure that draft statements are discussed with parents and caregivers

6 Schools resume, Term 4

SDCS: School data submission 3 due, including Years 10, 11 & 12 VET data. Schools download provisional certificate information from QCIA Editor into SDCS for this submission.

State review of draft statements by district advisers. Certificate feedback and advice is provided to schools. Schools amend provisional statements if needed.

21 End of Year 12 for senior certification

  • SDCS: School data submission disk 4 due, including Years 10, 11 & 12 VET data. Schools download amended provisional certificate from QCIA Editor into SDCS.
  • Initial pre-production checks and feedback to schools
27 SDCS: School data submission disk 5 due, including Years 10, 11 & 12 VET data. Schools download final certificate information from QCIA Editor into SDCS.
