AQTF resource kit
In July 2007, new registration standards came into effect under the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) 2007. These Essential Standards for Registration include three standards, a requirement for registered training organisations to gather information on their performance against 3 quality indicators, and 9 Conditions of Registration.
These national standards and guidelines are available from the national training website.
Before schools can issue AQF qualifications and deliver training and assessment services, they must become Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and meet the AQTF 2007 Essential Standards for Registration.
